This place is wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The garden was just incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The host speaks a million languages and makes delicious jam. Very different from all the other accommodations around.

Alterra Vita is a Place like Home- you feel comfortable and taken care of right away! Beautiful b&b with homemade (u need to try the cake!!), delicious breakfast. Forget about Marco Polo or any other trip advisor- just ask for anything and you get the best recommendation for beaches, restaurants etc.A must be is the sailing trip!!!! Lonely beaches, stunning views, relaxing moments on the boat and the chance of “playing” captain yourself. As I said, must be!!

We stay 7 days at Alterra Vita and we had a great time! The room was very clean (Room 4 - great for a family with 1 kid) and cozy, and the garden is a perfect place to enjoy a good breakfast.It was an amazing experience for us! Stayed at Alterra Vita for 4 nights! Great stay, warm and genuine hospitality from the owners. Nice breakfast, nice garden, very close to the beach and tavernas. We also tried the sailing experience offered and it was worth it! Overall, a wonderful stay!

The best place to stay in Neos Marmaras. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and the garden is perfect place to saty in the night with a glass of wine. The breakfast was very good. You must ask for the trip on the sea, it was the best thing to spend money on.Big like!!!

Originelle Unterkunft mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und gut und auch sehr aufmerksam.Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht zu abseits. Der Strand und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Leider nur 2 Tage dort gewesen. Hier würde man es leicht länger aushalten. Sauber. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Familiär. Man fühlt sich mitten in Griechenland. Toller Start mit klasse Frühstück. Die Strände der Gegend sind Weltklasse. Super !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo B&B a fine agosto e siamo rimasti incantati dalla gentilezza di Petros e Kelly, dall’ambiente curato, confortevole e accogliente. Le camere, come tutto il B&B, sono curate nei dettagli e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione in giardino sotto gli alberi di limone e cedro in completo relax a due passi dal mare un’esperienza da ricordare..il valore aggiunto resta la calda e mai invadente gentilezza dei proprietari!

B&B davvero molto ben curato a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti dal centro della piccola cittadina di marmaras. Molto curata anche la colazione con prodotti freschi preparati al momento è serviti nei gazebo in giardino. Rimarrete piacevolmente stupiti dalla ospitalità e gentilezza dei proprietari
