Good, affordable, cozy. We ate here three times. We were surprised by the large but affordable portions. Pizza from the wood-fired oven is great, but so is the rest. American owner speaks (obviously) better English than us. Dear hospitable people.

Visited this place on my last visit to Kout and loved it then, had the same dish I had previously which was the lamb chops, plentiful and very tasty and not that expensive, Worth a visit

We have visited Manos and his family run Taverna many times in the past. Returned to Koutoulafari to show our support after some difficult years for them. Manos greeted us like a true friend. He booked us a table near the front and the Greek plate we had was again the best. All the great things that are the best of Greece. If we want to keep visiting real Greek run places with true Greek food support them. The House White wine was also good.

Staying here at present for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff. Nice, very clean apartment and nice pool area which is also part of the restaurant complex. The restaurant is always busy and has a great choice of food as well as a large pizza oven. We ate here a few times and were never disappointed. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner on various days. We would have no hesitation in returning here.

The best place to go the food is delicious and the family that own the restaurant are such lovely genuine people they made our holiday special and one of the reasons we returned to Crete to see them very good atmosphere perfect

If you like pizza you will like this restaurant! You can watch the chefs make the pizza bases and throw them around before sliding them into the wood fired pizza oven. They are fantastic. The restaurant also has a an extensive non pizza menu. We tried starters the first time that were good but we didn't need it as the pizza is very large and on a return visit had to have another pizza as it is so good. Beer and house wine were both good and the price excellent - recommended.

Went in for meal absolutely beautiful, had the chicken , meal was big very tasty, the girl who served us was american she was very polite and a joy to talk to .The meal was very reasonable priced . This restaurant is worth a visit and you won't be dissapointed.

I would like to thank owns/staff of the Ariadni for making my holiday so great. Family ate at this restaurant every night for our 15 day holiday as food so good, welcoming of owners so friendly. Food excellent with large portions, anyone who loves good food eat here, pizza's freshly made to order and cooked in in pizza oven.

What ever you want, you can get here, brill staff very nice family run best pizza,made in view by one of the sons, super garlic bread made in house probly the best I have had,then there the rest of the menu, you will not be disappointed ,but do try the swordfish, when it's really hot, it's a good place to sit too

We had a great meal here; the Spaghetti Marinara was top quality. The service is good and the prices reasonalbe. This is a very popular restaurant understandably so.
