This place was phenomenal! The Staff took very good care of us. We were a large group of 15 and they accommodated us perfectly. Dorothy was super sweet at the front desk ans knowledgeable! We LOVED Olga and Costas at the bar. The rooms were super clean and they left cute towel designs on the bed every day. We spa team was amazing too. Ki Ki and Anna took very good care of me! Anna is an amazing masseuse. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 2 nights and OMG! Next time for sure we will plan to stay longer. The room is very clean and very romantic, every spot on the hotel make a beautiful picture. Breakfast and service was amazing and we have to mention, especially about Marylena from the Reception who gave us many tips for tours and made a reservation in one of the best places to see the sunset in Oia, she is wonderful, always smiling, kind and helpful. For sure she made all the difference! We highly recommend this place!

Great friendly staff. Costas is a guy who works there he is a great local who can give u advice about the island but also doubles as your waiter. He definitely made our experience at Astro Palace much more pleasant. The club sandwich was great. Hotel is about 500meters away from the center of Fira/Thera which is great so u save on taxi fares. The taxi fares in santorini average btwn 25-35 euros so bare that in mind when budgeting (even from the hotel). But overall a great place to be!

Potentially one of the best hotels in Fira. The room was great and the staff were amazing from the reception to the room service to the restaurant. The beds are comfortable and the food at breakfast is delicious. One thing that really stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff are. It is a short walk (or drive) from the center. The central location also makes it easy to reach any part of the island. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely hotel. The staff are excellent and are more than happy to help out in anyway possible. The facilities are high quality and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is now served in your room (covid related), which is very nice to eat on your patio/balcony. It’s not quite the same as helping yourself to a buffet but a good alternative. Approx 5 min walk to main Fira area and lots of restaurants nearby.
