Great hosts Albert and Xenofon! The difference is in the details and the 2 of you really made this happen. The place is cozy and big enough for 2 or 3 people, well located in the center of Athens close to everything!The place has all the amenities and also a local delivery for dinner and breakfast 😋😋😋

Great little place to stay Albert was so welcoming and so helpful. We arrived late at night and he was there waiting for us to show us round and give us a map which was so helpful. We got great advice from him when we asked re beaches to visit/vouliameni lake/restaurants to eat at. The place was cleaned every other day and was spotless. The area is lovely too 5-10 mins walk from the acropolis and nice bars and restaurants and it's dead quiet. Me and my o/h want to say thank you.

We were received very well when we got there. They showed us which places we could go, shop at and have breakfast. The apartment was nice, fresh and very central. Good service, nice and close to the center. We were two friends who stayed one night and I would have liked to have chosen this accommodation for more nights.

The staff was so accommodating with my late arrival. Very nice place, modern and comfy. Well located for metro and all touristic activities. Comfortable bed. Super clean apartment. Water provided. All one needs.

Had a really great stay at Athens residence apartments. It was clean, comfortable, and came at an affordable price. Owner/manager was super nice and easy to get a hold of. Location is in walking distance to the Acropolis and several great eateries.

Large room with all the amenities in a cute building. Located in a quiet street in the center of Athens. Close to many amenities, transportation stops and the Acropolis. Very clean and with a friendly staff.

Super appartement dans le centre d’Athenes, à 10 min à pieds de l’Acropole, dans une rue calme.Excellente communication avec notre hôte avant notre arrivée.Seul petit bémol, mauvaise insonorisation avec l’appartement voisin.

great place, comfortable, and close to all amenities. Great service from management and staff alike. Large apartment with deck and view over the rooftops.....magical, even being there on my own! Must recommend as the best positioned spot for walking around Athens, bringing take out home and generally all conveniences, including taxi pickup from the airport!

Ancienne maison rénovée en appartements. Tres tres propre, accueil sympa . Salle de bain avec douche . Nous avions un appartement avec terrasse dont nous n'avons pas profité. Elle est sympa sans plus avec vue sur d'autres immeubles mais,elle a le mérite d'exister . Lits confortables . Petite kitchenette et petit frigo à disposition avec 2 bouteilles d'eau. A 15 minutes environ du parthenon à pied et de plaka. Pas de petit déjeuner possible .

Fantastic location in a peaceful area around 10 mins walk to the Acropolis. Stunning apartment with all the usual amenities, nice touches with the complimentary bathroom toiletries and flip-flops, and the bottle of water chilled in he fridge upon arrival. Lovely host who was very accommodating with our late check in, and also gave us fantastic recommendations on local places to eat and drink.
