What was perfect: location, room size, view of harbour, distance to great restaurants, decoration quality and when we needed travel documents printed the service was excellent. I emailed them to reception and they were printed before I arrived to collect them. Excellent apartments and service.

Big rooms with balconies excellent housekeeping with fluffy towels . Although close to bars and tavernas once inside your large cool room it is very quiet and peaceful. Angelo and the staff are so very helpful and friendly. Transfers from airport etc easily arranged too. This is our second visit we stayed for 10 days hiring a car to drive to nearby beaches and villages. Balhambra suites will not disappoint.

Loved our stay here after a week sailing, the perfect antidote. Stayed in suite 12, eclectic furnishing style but we loved the space and huge terrace looking across the port. Comfy bed, good shower. Some noise issues from the rear which are being addressed. Excellent sound prodding at the front so no ambient noise at night. Good air con.

Perfect location and well appointed rooms. Arrived after normal check in hours, reception had instructions for access to our room and key set aside for us. The room was lovely, spacious and afforded a nice view of the pristine and nicely lit courtyard. Housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room was spotless. Location couldn’t be better, 1 min walk to the harbor with all its restaurants and cafes, 3 min walk to the free parking lot just outside of town. Would 100% recommend.

Having stayed at a few places in Kefalonia, we can definitely say this was the most enjoyable. Great location, literally 30 seconds from the harbour and restaurants. We had the superior suite and it was huge, clean and quiet. Air con in all rooms plus all the amenities you could need. We were thinking of staying outside Fiskardo at one of the retreats, but glad we opted for this.

Amazing hotel in a great location on the marina. Staff was great, room was huge, air conditioning very strong as was the water pressure. This place was beautiful and clean. Small supermarket located on property and a bakery right next door. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Fiscardo.
