Great location, beachfront with 20 minute evening stroll to beautiful old town with many excellent restaurants. Clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff. Mattress was too hard for me personally and they immediately provided a softer one . Supermarket right next door.

This hotel is newly renovated, comfortable and well located for the beach! The Old Town is a good 25 minute walk. Bed was extremely comfortable and the efficient AC very welcome. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast views from the roof. Pool area small but nice to sit in the shade of an afternoon.

Top gastvrijheid in een fijne kleinschalige accommodatie. We verbleven in de recent modern gerenoveerde kamer met uitzicht op zee. Direct aan zee met ligbedden en beachservice. Restaurants in de nabij omgeving en Rethymno stad op loopafstand. ‘s avonds nog even een drankje doen in de Cactus bar vlak voor het hotel.

Everything was at top level. The staff is so helpful and hospitable, always willing to help. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is great , everything is in close proximity. This hotel is just an excellent choice for reasonable price! Biggest advantage of this hotel is their staff. Guys you are doing great job!

Sehr freundliches Personal immer hilfsbereit.Zimmer sehr sauber tolle lage kommen sicher wieder hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl auch das frühstück ist sehr lecker leider kann man nicht im freien frühstücken

Super hôtel avec une vue magnifique, très propre et le personnel au petit soins, Un bar de plage avec de très bon cocktail et la plage qui est juste en face de l’hôtel est tout simplement au top, ethmoïdal finir proche de tout commerce et de la vieille ville, je le recommande grandement.

Leuke vakantie gehad zeer schone app zeer aardig personeel bij vragen werd er direct op gereageerd tevens direct aan het strand en een kwartiertje lopen vanhet centrum tevens restaurants in de buurt tevens vanuit beach bar bediening op het strand

Really lovely place to be, just over the road is the beach and there is a pool out the back. All rooms seem to have a balcony and our room was lovely, basic but lovely. For the price you pay here you get very good value for money. The family who run it are fabulous, my husband got an ear infection and they called a doctor straight out and it was sorted within a day and at our convenience. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ich war dieses Frühjahr im Hotel Batis in Rethymno und kann nur sagen, dass wir rundum zufrieden waren. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute (bei allen Fragen sehr bemüht und freundlich), schönes sauberes Zimmer und faire Preise. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
