Great hotel, rooms with air conditioning and all facilities. All the staff are fantastic from the room maids, reception, chef & waiting staff. Nothing is too difficult for them and they carry out their duties efficiently and in a very friendly manner.Although we did room only we often had breakfast, lunch or dinner there - prices are very competitive and the quality of the food is fantastic as is the house wine.

A very successful holiday, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we especially wanted to thank the lady (blonde) from the reception who helped me carry my suitcase to the room. A big thank you to the bartenders - Vasilis, Manilis, Christos and Pavlos.... thank you !!!

Excellent stay in Crete during this week! Charming hotel where the meals are excellent, the staff attentive and always available and ready to inform and help you. Hotel located very close to the beach at 300m via a small underground passage. We were lucky enough to benefit from a large apartment with a superb sea view and very beautiful sunsets, in short a very beautiful experience! Thanks to everyone and congratulations to the cooks 😊

Sehr gepflegtes, freundlich geführtes Hotel. Frühstück und Dinner ausgesprochen gut. Pool sehr geschmackvoll gebaut und sauber. Apartment für eine Familie zu viert ausreichend. Wenn Kreta, dann wieder ins castello.

Unser Aufenthalt ist noch nicht zu Ende. Wir können dad Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig, sauber und es hat alles da. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir feierten unseren Hochzeitstag und wurden vom Hotel mit einem schön dekorierten Zimmer, Wein und Fruchtschale überrascht, einfach super lieb. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Our family spent one week (18-25.8.2017) in Castello Bianco. We are very satisfied for the holiday and biggest reason is excellent hotel. Hotel is clean and good situated. We like pool area very much. It was suitable for our daughters (6 and 2 years old).

Det er et super dejligt hotel med rigtig sødt personale. Man føler sig strakt velkommen og de giver sig ro og tid til at snakke med en og hjælpe, hvis man har brug for det. Jeg kan ikke finde noget negativt at sige om hotellet eller personalet! Det er helt sikkert et sted jeg vil besøge igen 😍⭐️

What a lovely hotal and very kind staff,very clean and close to local shops and bars. it was that good werw taking the family back there in the summer. you wont be disapointed, its a great island.

wow what a super holiday,the staff (Babis) were so friendly ,will miss them all ,hopfully were going back next year 2004. nice and clean ,and the maids are super too. great for the kids too. recomended to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. 10/10 from us xxxxxxxxxxxx
