First class service. Our driver was still waiting even though airline had lost one of our bags and i had to fill in claim form. The Return trip had to be adjusted due to road closures near Heraklion Airport but done with no problems.

This is the first time I have used CreteCab in Heraklion because I was fed up with waiting for the transfer bus and then sitting on it for ages while other passengers were dropped at their hotels, although a little dubious I took the plunge and had a great experience, the driver was on time with a sign bearing my name on arrival and the return to the airport was stress free, this was my first time of many I use it every time.

Money well spent. Throughly enjoyed Crete and our driver made it even better. We went in April which was only 23C but I was so happy to have our driver waiting with the a/c turned on and fresh water. We learned so much about the monuments, their construction and the culture of Crete. Also, our driver knew short cuts and timing to miss the crowds. Rest assured the reviews are all correct hire CreteCab with piece of mind and enjoy the experience. Strongly recommended!
