i found this hotel via internet. the welcome was very friendly and the room already ready before the official time. i liked the small terrace and breakfast was excellent as well. even the gym is small, it is very clean and new. the staff at check in and at breakfast are very friendly. Dinner and lunch recommendation were fantastic and the lady also arranged a transfer, which was spotless. Unfortunately the own restaurant and bar is not so popular in the evening.

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, clean, quiet air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast, with Cretan flavors in a wonderful patio. The top point of the hotel, however, is its incredibly courteous and helpful staff. I've never met such eager and smiling hotel employees before.Congratulations!!!!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink, shown to my room, given the lowdown. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was to die for. If I come back to Heraklion, I will absolutely be staying here again.

This is a perfect hotel if you want to be in the center of Heraklion. And very quiet at the same time. The hotel seems almost new. Bedding is extremely comfortable. And breakfast is great.All the staff is very attentive. Sophia, at the reception was particularly nice and helpfull. Always smiling and she gave us many useful information. Do not hesitate to stay at the dimargio.

A truly excellent hotel in the center of Heraklion, next to everything. The rooms are very neat and the breakfast very good with a nice touch of Cretan products. It's been a while since I've stayed in such a neat hotel. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. We will definitely be back

Wonderful hotel for a first time visit to Greece! The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast/Bar staff were exceptional. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful stay at the Dimargio Hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. Whether it be the Reception staff, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast staff/restaurant (the buffet breakfast is fantastic).The hotel is lovely, very clean, a great bed ..always a plus! Very central location in the town of Heraklion. What a find. So sad to leave!
