Barycentric hotel for anything (clubs, visits, etc.). We had a quadruple room, indeed a mini apartment, really remarkable for size and cleanliness. Inside you will find a kitchenette that will definitely not serve, the necessary to prepare coffee and herbal teas., a bottle of wine and one of filtered water.The hotel is small, but it deserves. Good breakfast, but especially the welcome of Gabriella. Should I return to Athens definitely stay here.

Great Small hotel just a 1 minute walk away from all the shops bars and restaurants. Owner clearly takes pride in his business and makes sure everything you need is taken care of. No space for socialising in the hotel outside of your room, but everything you need is just outside your door. We had a balcony and watched the world go by with a drink. Rooms were quiet, have air conditioning, good WiFi and a basic kitchen with fridge should you need to cook something (but why would you)

Must be the best breakfast in Athens! Definitely the best I have had :-)We hadn't realised that we got breakfast and it was delicious! Homemade (even the jams!), plentiful, Greek specialties and served with a smile!Lovely apartment with a balcony. Clean with a kitchenette L.ocation excellent, near all the sites but on a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff; family run. We would thoroughly recommend!

Mind you that you won’t get modern luxury accommodations here but the place is clean and have everything that you need. The reason for the stellar rating is the staff and location. IMHO, Psyri is where you want to be and Gaia is steps away from all the restaurants and bars. The other reason is the staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations and one offered to walk us down the street to point out a couple of hot spots. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet safe street that is right around the corner from a pedestrian area full of wonderful places to eat and drink. The rooms were clean and well furnished. Alexander the owner/host made the difference between a good hotel and an excellent hotel. He treated us like family from the very start and even walked us around on our first evening to show us the best places to eat etc. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant experience in Athens! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and very helpful. We were close walking distance from a lots of reastaurants and cafes just in the heart of Athens!

Εξαιρετικό δωματιο/διαμέρισμα,πεντακάθαρο σε πολυ βολική τοποθεσια για να είσαι παντου με τα πόδια και κοντα στο μετρο .Ίσως λιγο δύσκολο να το βρεις στην αρχή γιατι πρόκειται για εισοδο πολυκατοικιας αλλα αμέσως μετα το ξεχνάς,Θα εμενα και πάλι οταν επισρέψω στην Αθήνα!

I have recently and by pure luck stayed at Gaia Rooms when on a 2 day business trip to Athens. I am impressed with the property and the staff whom I find amazing and friendly. This is a small yet well located hotel.

Excellent attention to detail for relatively budget accommodation that puts many vastly more expensive hotels in Athens to shameFriendly receptionist relatively peaceful despite location. Located near numerous tourist trap restaurants.
