Stunning hotel, the pictures don’t do it justice what a fantastic place. Staff so welcoming, the rooms beautiful, incredible infinity pool with breathtaking views and the food really is 5 star. Only down side is the view from rear of the hotel but the rest makes up for it.

The treatment was amazing. A very professional and serviceful place. They explained to us from the very first moment all the treatments they offer at a very detailed level and were very kind. The massage itself was amazing. A very relaxing experience.

Impeccable service, spotless rooms, and outstanding amenities made our stay unforgettable. The view is magical and the location is second to none! The 5th floor pool area is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the poolside service very attentive. The food is amazing!

I am staggered that this hotel has received negative reviews. I arrived at 8.00am and was given breakfast, shown to a space by the beautiful pool and my upgraded room was ready 2 hours later. My plunge pool is absolute bliss in the very hot climate, the hotel is virtually brand new and the service is outstanding. I use Intercontinental whenever I can and have stayed in Barcelona, Vienna, The Maldives, Malta, London and Cancun recently; this is my favourite so far.

This hotel was really good with a lot of services. The spa was really good, I loved the massages, Kostas and Eleni are very nice and talented. I would definitely recommend to do a massage in this place. All the staff is very nice and they all speak a lot of languages and that make it easy to communicate.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, Location, luxury, paid attention to every detail and gorgeous hotel! I was nervous because im in the travel industry and its a new hotel (one month) but they didnt miss a beat and entire staff is so hospitable and top notch service across the board. Very first class. Breakfast was outstanding too. The customer service was off the charts
