We stayed for 4 nights. katoikies manis is located in between kardamyli and Stoupa. The location is excellent. We had a great view from the room. The room was cleaned daily by a very friendly and helpful lady. We will definitely return back...

We visitied this place on our drive around the peninsula. It was awesome; the views, the owner, and the rooms were top notch. Just make sure to close windows to keep the bugs out. Talk to Katarina for restaurant recommendations. We followed one of here recommendations and had our best breakfast on the trip ( and one of our best meals ever).

We absolutely loved our stay in Katikes Manis. The room was very cosy and tastefully decorated with amazing views to the beach of Delfinia. The location is absolutely amazing, being right next to Delfinia and Foneas beaches (the latter one being the most spectacular in the area) and only minutes away from the picturesque villages of Kardamili and Stoupa. We will return!

Excellent villa with a gorgeous veranda overlooking the sea. The rooms and living area are great and designed with an excellent taste. Cooking facilities and private balcon also present. The villa has three rooms, so also a good location for coming with friends. You need a car, which is also valuable to explore the Mani and Kombos Gorge. The villa is in any case just 2 km south of Kardamyli and also close to Stoupa. There is a nice beach around 400 m away. Definitively a lovely place to be.
