My partner and I stayed at this friendly hotel for 1 night. Nothing but positive feed back, from arriving at the hotel very late at night were we welcomed by the friendly, warm staff who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Our room was front sea view and exceeded our expectations. The view was simply mesmerising of the open views of the sea coupled with the peace and tranquillity.

The location of hotel is excellent! The view from the balcony is amazing, in the morning I could see the sea from my bed through a glass balcony door. The host and personnel are just very nice people. And the room was quite spacious and nicely decorated in a Greek style - in blue, white. and olive colors. If I ever return to Chania I will definitely stay at Hotel Akrotiri. Probably the best price-quality ratio and best 2* hotel you can imagine.

Wonderful proprietors Elias & Lena, extremely kind and go out of their way to help and make your stay perfect. Outside the main town and in an elevated position so wonderful views from your room's generous balcony. Within 15-20 mins drive of some beautiful beaches on the Akrotiri Peninsular.

I can't say enough about the service here. Lena and her husband were so helpful that it seemed like I was staying with family. They had the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches and would always offer a ride if they were going in that direction. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. Away from the noise but only a few minutes away from the buzz of the town.

Very nice hotel, friendly and comfortable with a nice view, right in the best spot of the town the owners make you feel at home with the first chance :) We stayed the in August and we will return again with the first chance!

We stayed at the Akrotiri Hotel in Chania for three nights. The owner Lena was amazing. So kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good with fresh produce. Room was very clean. Nice view of the sea on the terrace. Highly recommended! Great value for the price.

Lo slogan è vero: arrivi come turista e parti con la gradevole sensazione di essere stato a casa di amici. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, bella terrazza per la colazione con vista da lontano su Chania. Comoda posizione tra l'aereoporto e la città. Le signore titolari gentilissime.

hotel sulla collina, non distante dal centro, con splendida vista sulla baia : la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari è impressionante ... oltre ad aspettarci fino a notte inoltrata ci hanno dato il benvenuto in camera con bottigliette di vino (buonissimo) di loro produzione. La camera spaziosa,pulita e tranquillissima, la colazione sulla terrazza è ... emozionante, il rapporto qualità/prezzo fantastico (in Italia non siamo abituati ..). Da ritornarci.
