A boutique hotel in Athens.Shila is exquisite.Tranquil, stylish and meticulously clean it is simply a must stay hotel.Adelia on reception was welcoming and the consummate professional host.Dimitris was outstanding too.Breakfast on the roof was first class.The rainwater shower and palatial bath were relaxing.For Australians abroad this gave a unique experience.A chance to relax, refresh and re-energise.Nice bars and restaurants within walking distance too.Shila is 10/10.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great and so quiet at night. The style of the place was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bespoke toiletries they provided smelt wonderful. Such a lovely comfortable bed. We also had a wonderful private garden to sit in. A fantastic breakfast was served on the lovely roof terrace. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Simply stunning!

I stayed at Shila for only one night however she managed to cast a spell on me that I have not woken up from. I highly recommend Shila for anyone who loves to be surrounded by beauty. Especially if you are involved in any creative process, Shila is sure to inspire you.

I had a wonderful time at Shila. It was my first time is Athens and the location and atmosphere of the place were just perfect. I stayed in the very charming garden room. The vibe is really warm and authentic. All the members of staff were extremely lovely, helpful and attentive . They organised in advance a lot of restaurant bookings without me even asking. I had a very lovely stay and I would definitely go back.

Pictures don't do this place justice - it's like entering another world. The design is ingenious, making our stay both inspiring and relaxing. Measures for Covid were in place so we felt very safe. The hotel feels more like a neoclassical residence, tucked away in a little street, and very tranquil. It has been the perfect start of our holiday, as we transitioned to the islands. I will definitely be coming back!

My Family had a too short stay of 2 nights at this gem in Kolonaki. 1920’s feel - great artwork & original interiors (jazz gently playing in background is always a bonus). Garden Room & Romantic Dust rooms were charming and had access to sleepy courtyard gardens. Fabulous roof terrace (with showers should you want to sunbathe) ideal for a cold drink before dinner. The delightful staff could not be more helpful. A home away from home. We will be back.
