An excellent place to stay in Ioannina, small and cosy, with nice lake view. Its location is great, near the old and new market place, near all the museums and the old citadel, and with many tavernas and bars in the neighborhood. Comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast in the pleasant internal patio is tasteful, rich and homemade, prepared by the owner MrsThomais, who is friendly and very helpful!

Very enjoyable short stay. Room large and comfortable with a view on the 1st floor. Room supposedly with a lake view on 2nd floor at same price smaller and a view if standing with your head out. Parking available but really on the street. Good service, excellent breakfast. Good wifi. All in all happy with the stay and definately recommend it. Just know about the diff and what to expect.

Φοβερό με πολύ καλές και προσιτές τιμές αξίζει και πρέπει να το επισκεφτείτε !Πολύ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον και πάνω από όλα πολύ καθαρό και σε καλή θέση!Ότι καλύτερο για ζευγάρια αλλά και για οικογένειες!

Fantastic location, quiet, clean, helpful, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Close to all attractive sights and to the restaurants , cafes and bars. The owners are very friendly. It's a small sweet place

Stayed for one night in this hotel and enjoyed it very much.The location enables you to walk to the old city and tour it.The owner and her son were very helpful in every way,from recommending places in Ioanina and the surrounding area to assist in solving my computer problem.Breakfast is nice and served in a cozy patio.

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο με θέα στη λίμνη. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα, όμορφα διακοσμημένα και καθαρά. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό. Μόνο αρνητικό η φασαρία από τον δρόμο καθώς είναι κεντρικό σημείο.

We stayed more than satisfied from our staying in Siarava. The owners are very friendly and smiley! They did everything to feel very comfortable like our home ! Very good prices for the services provided and the rooms are fantastic!

It's like a small inn. By the lake. The wood makes it even warmer. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The owner was friendly. She serves the traditional braekfast by herself. It fits to the spirit of this beautiful town.
