Ten out of tenArrived here and were lucky enough to walk in to a table as it was pretty busy which is always a good sign. Staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, we had the roasted peppers with feta and zucchini balls to start followed by chicken souvlaki a bottle of the house rose, bottle of mineral water and two double espresso’s for €54. We will be back again for sure 😄

Excellent family run restaurant and the best service we have received while in Crete. The food was lovely and we had 2 very tasty starters (recommend the cheese with honey and sesame seeds) and 2 very tasty mains. The waiters were great and very attentive and chatty throughout. Highly recommend stopping here for dinner when in elounda!

Brilliant, very traditional Greek restaurant. Loved the food, was absolutely delicious, very reasonable price for tasty meals. Staff were amazing, very friendly and all made you feel welcomed. Definitely going back again before we finish our holidays.

I can’t really add anymore to what others have said. Lovely food, good prices and friendly service. The Moussaka is to die for. Lovely traditional Greek taverna.

I spent the afternoon to have lunch in this wonderful tavern. The idea is that here I met the taste and flavor of Greece, as I knew them and how I had experienced them in Greece, before. We've went there for lunch at noon. I found a bit weird that the in the taverna we're just 2 clients, our group was 20 persons adult and children and my God the food was extraordinary, the staff is incredible, the manager is a great person. My kind of restaurant. Will come back another time definitely. Greets from Romania.

It’s an amazing venue and a perfect location. There’s loads of traditional Greek food on the menu, if you’re not sure the very friendly staff will find something you’ll like. There’s something for everyone. We went quite a few times and attended a wedding there, we were never disappointed. The staff are so warm and friendly, you will leave feeling like you’re part of their family. Thank you Vachus.

Im Vachus wird man freundlich empfangen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich in der Bedienung. Die Speisekarte bietet einiges, ist aber nicht zu gross, so das die Küche die gewünschte Speise frisch zubereiten kann. Das Essen schmeckte vorzüglich und die Preise sind moderat.
